Please note:

• All data captured on this form will be used solely for the purposes of administering this event unless expressly authorised.
• The Drinks Reception forms an integral part of the event and by accepting a place at the conference you are aware that you must also attend the reception.
• Accommodation is only available to delegates based outside the South-East, who have far to travel. If you have received an invitation with the offer of accommodation, or if you believe you qualify, please indicate your requirements on the registration form below. Hotel reservations will be confirmed in writing.
• A photographer will be in attendance at the event. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let Sally know in advance of the day.
